KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Org objectives, including overall workforce planning in line with productivity goals, succession and talent management
Develop and deploy a holistic talent strategy, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and learning and development
Partner with business leaders to drive engagement, performance management, and career development
Act as a Coach and sounding board for the VP- Engineering and leadership team
Provide organization development and effectiveness strategies
Drive HR excellence/ strategic initiatives across the HR team, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and facilitation to the organization
Manage stakeholders, build alignment with stakeholders across countries and Global SBG/GBEs
Partner with senior business leaders to continually drive the effectiveness of the business through developing organization design and leadership changes as appropriate to ensure maximum business success
Ensure an ongoing and proactive focus on driving change within the business, linking change management needs, communications, tools and processes with overall business cultural and change direction, in order that the business culture and mindset evolve as required to ensure success
Partner with regional HR teams across locations where HTCS is present to drive end to end talent strategies balancing business needs with regional practices.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
• min 12 years of experience in HR, with HR functional excellence and experience as a generalist and specialist
• Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and delivering results as a senior HR leader within a global matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to empower and motivate teams
• Strong business acumen to drive both the HR strategy and the business strategy
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
