Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Solid experience in senior IT leadership roles, shaping and executing technology strategies.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor diverse technology teams.
- Expertise in managing IT budgets and demonstrating business value from technology investments.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Broad knowledge across IT domains including enterprise systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and end-user computing.
- Strong awareness of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, SaaS, automation) and their business applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach with proven ability to align with leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
