Remote | Senior Leadership Role
Accelerated Growth Studio is seeking a senior GTM engineer to re-architect and scale a best-in-class outbound lead generation engine.
This position owns the design, infrastructure, execution, and performance of multi-channel outbound — with direct accountability for qualified pipeline generation.
The ideal candidate has built outbound systems that have generated thousands of leads in high-performance B2B or SaaS environments and operates with a systems-first, data-driven mindset.

Optimize and operate a scalable outbound engine that delivers predictable, high-quality pipeline.
You will own:
- Infrastructure architecture
- Tool stack selection and integration
- ICP segmentation and targeting frameworks
- Messaging strategy and sequence design
- Deliverability engineering
- Performance reporting tied to revenue outcomes
Outbound at AGS will be treated as a disciplined growth function.
Core Responsibilities1. Revenue Infrastructure- Architect multi-domain, multi-inbox sending environments
- Manage DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), domain health, and deliverability
- Build testing frameworks for subject lines, hooks, and offers
- Establish scalable sending protocols without degrading reputation
Deep, hands-on expertise across modern outbound systems, including:
- Instantly or Smartlead
- Clay (advanced enrichment and workflow automation)
- Apollo
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- HubSpot
- LinkedIn automation platforms (e.g., HeyReach)
- Data enrichment and AI-personalization layers
You will design a tightly integrated stack optimized for scale and performance.
3. ICP & Targeting Strategy- Define and continuously refine ICP frameworks
- Build segmented, data-enriched prospect lists
- Implement account-based outbound where appropriate
- Engineer personalization at scale without sacrificing efficiency
- Develop high-conversion outbound messaging
- Design multi-touch sequences across email and LinkedIn
- Test and iterate positioning, hooks, and CTAs
- Optimize based on performance data, not intuition
Own and report on:
- Positive reply rate
- Meeting booking rate
- SQL conversion
- Pipeline value generated
- Revenue sourced from outbound
This role carries direct pipeline responsibility.
Candidate Profile- 4+ years in outbound, GTM, or growth engineering roles
- Proven record of generating thousands of qualified leads
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth B2B environments
- Deep technical fluency in deliverability and outbound infrastructure
- Strong analytical orientation
- Executive-level communication capability
