About the Company

The company is a fast-growing product organization operating a diversified portfolio of self-serve SaaS and subscription-based digital products for consumers and businesses worldwide.

All products are fully owned and operated in-house. The company manages the entire product lifecycle — from concept and launch to scaling and continuous optimization. Its platforms serve millions of users globally and operate across multiple verticals, including productivity, communication, and data intelligence.

The business is established, profitable, and focused on long-term growth through scalable, performance-driven models.

About the Role

As Director of Growth, you will own the full growth engine (acquisition, monetization, and retention) across the entire portfolio, and build your team from scratch. You'll have full function ownership, your choice of tools without budget restrictions, and real autonomy in a remote-first, outcome-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full growth funnel across the portfolio, from acquisition through activation, monetization, and retention, with direct accountability for revenue growth and efficiency.
  • Lead and scale paid acquisition, our primary growth channel, optimizing 8-figure monthly spend across funnels and channels for predictable, profitable scaling.
  • Develop new monetization levers, including pricing, packaging, upsell paths, and subscription optimization across our product portfolio.
  • Improve retention and lifetime value, building the strategies, lifecycle programs, and product-led loops that keep active subscribers engaged and growing.
  • Build the growth team from scratch: define the structure, hire the talent, and set the operating rhythm for a high-performing, outcome-driven function.
  • Implement new acquisition strategies beyond current channels, including international expansion and upcoming mobile app launches.
  • Establish growth infrastructure: experimentation frameworks, analytics, attribution, and reporting that let the whole company make faster, better decisions.
  • Partner closely with product and dev teams to embed growth into the product roadmap: from onboarding flows to feature launches across new and existing products.
  • Support new product launches, applying and refining our proven growth playbook as new products come to market.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in growth, performance marketing, or related roles, with at least 3 years in senior leadership at a consumer SaaS or subscription business.
  • Proven experience owning the full growth funnel (acquisition, monetization, and retention) with direct P&L or revenue accountability.
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition at scale, ideally managing 7 to 8 figure monthly budgets across channels with strong command of funnel economics (CAC, LTV, payback).
  • Track record of building and leading teams from scratch, including hiring, structuring, and developing high performers in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical foundation: fluent in experimentation, attribution, cohort analysis, and using data to drive decisions at speed.
  • Experience with subscription monetization: pricing, trials, upsells, and retention mechanics for self-serve consumer products.
  • Operator mindset: hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable with the pace of a company shipping multiple products per year.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across distributed, international teams.
  • Bonus: experience in multi-product portfolios, mobile app growth, or scaling companies through hypergrowth phases.
