Build and manage a practical growth roadmap focused on measurable business impact.

Partner with leadership to align growth initiatives with business goals, pricing, packaging, product launches, and customer segments.

    SEO and AI Search Optimization

Lead Live365’s SEO and AI search optimization efforts.

Improve visibility across traditional search, AI-driven search, answer engines, and generative AI discovery experiences.

Focus on practical areas of AI search optimization, including Answer Engine Optimization, AEO, Generative Engine Optimization, GEO, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging discovery channels.

Own keyword strategy, content planning, technical SEO recommendations, internal linking, search reporting, and ongoing optimization.

Help develop new Live365 web properties, landing pages, content hubs, resource centers, and other search-focused assets.

Monitor rankings, organic traffic quality, AI search visibility, competitive positioning, and conversion from organic channels.

Ensure SEO and AI search efforts are grounded in strong fundamentals: useful content, clear structure, crawlability, internal linking, authority, entity clarity, and measurable conversion paths.

    Paid Acquisition and Campaign Testing

Own day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads.

Manage campaign structure, keyword strategy, budget allocation, ad copy, landing page alignment, testing, optimization, and reporting.

Test and expand paid acquisition across additional platforms where appropriate, such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, Microsoft Ads, or similar channels.

Develop clear testing plans for paid campaigns, including goals, budgets, success metrics, and recommendations.

Optimize campaigns for qualified trials, paid conversions, CAC, and revenue impact.

Make clear recommendations on when to scale, pause, or adjust campaigns based on performance.

    Funnel Measurement and Conversion Optimization

Partner closely with the Head of Sales & Growth on funnel performance.

Share responsibility for improving the customer journey from visitor to trial to paid customer.

Own the marketing-side inputs into the funnel, including traffic sources, campaign attribution, landing page performance, lead quality, and marketing conversion paths.

Partner with the Head of Sales & Growth on lead quality, trial conversion, sales handoff, revenue follow-through, and funnel reporting.

Identify funnel drop-off points and recommend practical improvements.

Create and test landing pages, forms, calls to action, email campaigns, nurture flows, and conversion paths.

Build regular reporting around traffic, trials, conversions, paid acquisition, CAC, landing page performance, and marketing contribution to revenue.

Serve as the primary marketing admin for Google Tag Manager, managing all tracking pixels, event triggers, and third-party scripts to ensure site performance and data accuracy

Website, Landing Pages, and New Properties

Help define and build new Live365 site sections, landing pages, microsites, comparison pages, resource centers, and other growth-oriented properties.

Develop page concepts, copy direction, calls to action, metadata, conversion paths, and measurement requirements.

Work with internal resources and outside vendors as needed to move website and growth projects forward.

Ensure new pages and properties are built with SEO, AI search optimization, conversion, and measurement in mind.

Manage and troubleshoot technical integrations between the website, Stripe, FS Suite, Stonly, and other third-party tools to ensure 100% attribution accuracy for both online and offline conversions.

    Content and Demand Generation

Work with the Director of Marketing and content resources to shape growth-focused content strategy.

Help create and optimize content such as blog posts, guides, landing pages, comparison pages, videos, case studies, customer education resources, email campaigns, and sales support materials.

Translate customer needs, competitive insights, and product value into clear marketing messages.

Ensure content is connected to measurable growth outcomes, not just publishing volume.

Use AI tools thoughtfully to support research, content planning, SEO analysis, campaign development, reporting, and workflow efficiency while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand voice.

    Reporting and Performance Management

Analyze campaign performance and make clear recommendations on what to scale, change, or stop.

Compile reports and retrospectives on SEO, AI search visibility, paid acquisition, landing pages, funnel conversion, and campaign performance.

Turn data into practical recommendations and next steps.

Create a regular reporting cadence with the President, Head of Sales & Growth, Director of Marketing, and other stakeholders.

Define practical KPIs for acquisition, campaign performance, conversion, and revenue contribution.

    Collaboration

Work closely with the Director of Marketing on messaging, campaigns, launches, brand consistency, and content strategy.

Partner with the Head of Sales & Growth on funnel performance, lead quality, trial conversion, and revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with product, customer success, support, sales, and leadership to understand customer needs and growth opportunities.
