- Set the direction for enterprise storage services, covering backup, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and performance across trading and corporate environments.
- Drive an automation-first approach, utilizing Ansible, Terraform, and Git-based workflows to reduce manual work and enhance infrastructure operations.
- Partner with engineering teams on Kubernetes, hybrid cloud patterns, and distributed systems, ensuring resilience and operating standards.
- Embed secure-by-default practices across Linux and storage platforms, managing secrets, privileged access, and implementing security controls.
- Support high-availability trading environments, focusing on operational discipline, latency, change control, and fast recovery.
- Work closely with infrastructure, cyber, application, and operations leaders to translate business needs into platform roadmaps and priorities.
- Ensure a clear Linux and storage strategy, moving towards infrastructure-as-code and self-service models, with a focus on stability and transformation.
