Join the newly formed Mobile Infrastructure (MI) Finance Team at Nokia, where radio networks, core software, and technology standards are brought together to drive the industry toward AI-native networks and 6G.
Right now, we’re looking for visionary leaders to join us as Director FPRA & Performance Management for Mobile Infrastructure (MI). This role is pivotal to shaping Nokia’s financial strategy and driving business directly reporting to the Mobile Infrastructure Finance FPRA Lead.
Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
- Drive financial performance management and FPRA processes for Mobile Infrastructure (MI).
- Ensure alignment with Nokia’s strategic objectives, including meeting financial targets such as Net Sales, OM Corridor, and Cash Conversion Ratio.
- Lead efforts to improve financial forecasting accuracy and deviation analysis.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor key performance indicators such as order intake, market share, and cost erosion to evaluate competitive positioning.
- Manage financial metrics including Net Sales, Sales Margin, Gross Margin, Operating Margin, ROIC, ROCE, and Operative Cash Flow.
- Drive reductions in operational expenses (OPEX) and improve cost management across units.
Team Leadership and Development
- Inspire and align teams with the financial vision and strategy of the business unit.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment, promoting psychological safety and trust.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities to build high-performing teams.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Act as an expert for all FPRA activities, supporting MI business units in FPRA processes.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the financial team in strategic discussions.
Coordinate preparation of financial business reviews, including operational reviews and regular reporting.
Change and Transformation Leadership
- Lead teams through organizational changes, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining morale.
- Drive financial transformation initiatives and encourage the adoption of new technologies to improve financial operations.
Translate L2D to P&L impact and ensure follow-up in financials.

- Financial Metrics: Net sales, sales margin, gross margin, operating margin, ROIC, ROCE, operative cash flow.
- Operational Metrics: Order intake, market share, price erosion, cost erosion, OPEX run rate reduction, receivables management.
Team Metrics: Employee engagement, team performance, stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong strategic and financial leadership with the ability to influence business outcomes.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment governance.
- Ability to lead complex financial analysis and translate insights into business actions.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications industry dynamics and commercial models.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a global and matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Experience leading transformation initiatives and driving operational improvements.
- Ability to identify emerging business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.
