About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Financial Revenue Operations to join our rapidly growing organization. You will be the Financial and Reporting partner to measure and quantify commercial performance. Reporting directly to the VP, Finance, this position has high visibility within Bluesight. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, have strong influencing and communication skills, and successfully lead in ambiguous situations, and thrive in a fast-paced, SaaS environment. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Representative duties:

  • Support Revenue Operations & Sales Organization with Reporting & Analysis, including Pipeline, Quota Attainment, Bookings, Sales Flash Reporting, etc.
  • Manage topline and sales forecasts, budgets, and reporting on several key metrics including revenue, billing, pipeline, ARR, and bookings.
  • Implement and manage financial & commercial systems, processes, and automation.
  • Develop and execute management reporting, board meeting materials, and other executive-level communications.
  • Review new and existing customer contracts and transactions to identify performance obligations and determine appropriate revenue & billings.
  • Prepare and review selling price analyses.
  • Continuously improve the company's revenue model and reporting, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and accurately reflect business operations.
  • Review current Sales processes and related data to implement process improvements and enhanced automation.
  • Other special projects and ad-hoc support of Sales & Finance departments on Company initiatives.

What you bring - skills and competencies:

  • 10+ years of relevant, corporate FP&A or Revenue Operations analytics experience in a high-growth SaaS / software organization. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally throughout an organization, including a track record of collaboration with senior-level executives and sellers.
  • Salesforce expert
  • NetSuite expert
  • Extensive financial modeling & systems experience
  • Strong analytical capabilities, able to develop new frameworks and model potential outcomes
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment and ability to guide team in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Proficient with key financial analysis metrics
