Your role here
The Director of Financial Reporting & Consolidation, reporting to the VP of Global Controller, plays a vital role within the global controllership team. This position is responsible for implementing new policies and spearheading critical initiatives, leading all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for TricorBraun’s global operations and collaborating with regional accounting teams to drive operational improvements and enhance efficiency.
Your experience and background

Support the Global Controller, CFO, other Financial Leadership Team members and regional controllership partners on critical initiatives.

Oversee US GAAP global consolidations and monthly close, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and enhanced communication.

Lead the external reporting team and oversee the drafting, review and issuance of the annual audited financial statements as well as monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reports for executive leadership, private equity sponsors and lenders.

Process owner for the global consolidated audit to resolve issues and avoid delays while keeping all collaborators informed.

Support special projects, strategic initiatives and implementation of new accounting standards

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and nine years of experience required. Master's in accounting or MBA a plus.
