The Role

Kyndryl is seeking an exceptional Executive Support specialist to lead and manage Kyndryl’s global executive support function. In this role you will lead a dedicated team providing white-glove technical assistance to our eligible executive community. The Director of Executive Support oversees the delivery of technical services, defines the strategy, delivers continual service improvements, handles escalations and is ultimately accountable for ensuring that performance and satisfaction service metrics are achieved. 

 

 

The service scope includes support of applications, videoconferencing equipment, print, EUC devices and mobile. They will also coordinate and support large events, both on and occasionally off-site, such as Board meetings, Earnings calls, and Investor Days. 

 

The role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership skills, strategic thinking and exceptional interpersonal abilities to deliver the following: 

 

  • Ensure delivery of outstanding support to our executives 

  • Innovate on the service and drive continual improvement activities 

  • Define and deliver strategic objectives that fit the broader strategies of Tech Ops and CIO as a whole 

  • Support and develop the team to maximise Kyndyl’s skills and talent

Who You Are

Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within IT / executive support or a related field, demonstrating decision-making abilities, critical thinking and ability to manage complex priorities. 

 

Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications. 

 

Problem-Solving Abilities: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues efficiently. 

 

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate and connect with diverse personalities. 

 

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with patience and clarity, making technical information communicable to non-technical audiences. 

 

Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to providing exceptional support and fostering positive relationships. 

 

Attention to Detail: Precision in handling technical, administrative tasks and documentation. 

 

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changings strategic, technology and executive needs. 

 

Confidentiality: Maintaining discretion and ensuring the privacy of sensitive executive information. 

 

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals and departments.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $146,040 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule.  

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: 

California:$160,680 to $332,760 

Colorado: $146,040 to $277,320 

New York City: $175,080 to $332,760 

Washington: $160,680 to $305,160 

Washington DC:$160,680 to $305,160 

  

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
