Your role:

In this role you will be responsible for actively covering clients and prospects across Latin America and the US Offshore market, working closely with key distribution partners such as Larrain Vial. The role requires deep knowledge of the regional Asset Management landscape, including market structure, client needs, regulatory considerations and distribution channels. The individual will play an active role in business planning, ETF data processes, and coordination on legal and operational topics with internal teams and external partners.

You will also contribute to budgeting and resource allocation for the client base, covering prospecting activities, marketing initiatives, client entertainment and events. Building strong internal and external networks is essential, as is acting as a role model, fostering collaboration and helping the broader team deliver strong and sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive asset gathering across Invesco ETF products in Latin America and the US Offshore region.

  • Develop and expand ETF business by:

    • Increasing Invesco’s brand awareness

    • Cultivating long‑term relationships with institutional, wholesale and retail clients

    • Identifying and developing new business opportunities

    • Strengthening and expanding existing partnerships

  • Contribute to cross‑selling initiatives within Invesco teams, leveraging the existing Institutional and Distribution sales footprint in the region

Distribution Engagement & ETF Expertise

  • Communicate Invesco’s investment philosophy, ETF capabilities and product range to our Distributor and to prospects and existing clients.

  • Deliver high‑quality client engagement through:

    • Presentations to individuals and groups on Exchange Traded Products (ETPs)

    • Ongoing dialogue on market trends, macroeconomic conditions and portfolio construction

  • Represent Invesco ETF at conferences, seminars and client events, including presenting to large audiences.

  • Deep understanding of clients ETF AUMs in order to prepare analysis & define the strategy

Market, Product & Strategic Contribution

  • Actively contribute product development ideas aligned with local market demand and evolving client needs

  • Support marketing intelligence efforts, including analysis of client behaviour, competitor activity and business trends

  • Contribute to cost efficiency and budget optimisation related to client coverage and marketing initiatives

Internal & External Coordination

  • Work closely with local marketing and communications teams, as well as global Head Office teams (Structuring, Marketing, Communications, Legal, Compliance).

  • Maintain regular interaction with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and information flow

  • Participate in weekly sales and research meetings

Client Due Diligence & Governance

  • Perform appropriate client due diligence for new and existing client relationships in line with regulatory and internal requirements

  • Assess client investment policies to identify suitable ETF solutions

  • Ensure product propositions are appropriate for the client’s investment experience and objectives

Coverage & Travel

  • Actively manage a diversified client base, continuously developing prospects and broadening the investor base.

  • Travel as required within the coverage region to meet clients and partners

What you can bring:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within ETFs, ETPs or the broader asset management industry

  • Demonstrated experience covering Latin America and/or US Offshore markets

  • Strong understanding of business planning and budgeting

  • Advanced knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments across asset classes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong team orientation; trusted, collaborative and supportive of others

  • Positive, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset

  • Strong execution skills with a focus on quality and consistency

  • Results‑driven with strong commercial awareness.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese advantageous
