About the Role

This leadership position will spearhead enterprise growth within our global organization. As part of an established technology company revolutionizing the future of work, you'll build and scale our enterprise sales organization in Vancouver with global reach.

We seek a dynamic Director of Enterprise Sales to lead our enterprise team and expand our presence with Fortune 500 and G2000 companies. In this pivotal role, you'll drive revenue growth, shape go-to-market strategies, and accelerate adoption of our enterprise platform while leading a high-performing sales team.

You'll blend strategic vision with hands-on leadership, leveraging modern enterprise sales methodologies and technologies to help customers innovate within their industries. The ideal candidate possesses both the business acumen to engage at the CxO level and the technical sales expertise to guide your team through complex enterprise sales cycles.

You'll join a culture of high-achievers who are transforming industries through technological innovation in our Vancouver office (full-time in-office position). You'll develop and execute business strategies globally while collaborating with our international leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven enterprise sales strategies using modern sales processes
  • Build, lead and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team, including ADRs
  • Drive and exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets with predictable forecasting
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
  • Implement modern sales methodologies, cadences, and technology stack (Hubspot, etc.)
  • Create scalable, repeatable sales processes that enable consistent growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Provide detailed sales forecasting and pipeline management to executive leadership
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Partner with global leadership to share best practices and ensure consistent execution
  • Work from our Vancouver office with travel as needed to key customer locations globally
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets ($5M+ annual quota)
  • Experience building and leading enterprise sales teams (5+ direct reports), including ADRs
  • Proficiency with modern enterprise sales tech stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and processes
  • Experience developing and implementing effective sales cadences and methodologies
  • Demonstrated success selling into Fortune 500 companies, with ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Deep expertise in technology, cloud services, SaaS, or related industries
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence and negotiate at the C-suite level
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and executing complex sales campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proposal writing and enterprise contract negotiation
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Passion for technology and the future of work
