    • Develop strong strategic partnerships with technology vendors and proactively manage renewals, licensing, and vendor performance.

    • Continuously assess the application landscape and recommend upgrades or replacements before systems become operational or business risks.

      1. Enterprise Applications Implementation & Integration

      • Develop deep functional and technical understanding of enterprise applications to guide implementation, configuration, optimization, and adoption.

      • Define and oversee integration architecture across enterprise systems, including SSO, APIs, data platforms, monitoring, and analytics.

      • Lead application implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives while minimizing business disruption.

      • Ensure enterprise applications are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with evolving business processes.

        1. Adoption, Change Management & Enablement

        • Drive user adoption through structured change management, training programs, knowledge repositories, and process documentation.

          • Develop dashboards and analytics capabilities that provide insights into application usage, operational performance, adoption, and cost optimization.

          • Foster a data-driven approach to enterprise application management and decision-making.

            • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across the Enterprise Applications landscape.

            • Lead the Service Desk function supporting enterprise applications, ensuring strong service delivery, SLA adherence, and an excellent employee support experience.

            • Continuously improve operational processes through automation, monitoring, reporting, and data-driven service management practices.

              1. IT Infrastructure Strategy & Governance

              • Provide strategic oversight of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, endpoints, cloud services, collaboration platforms, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

              • Partner with infrastructure teams to ensure technology platforms support business growth, operational resilience, and security objectives.

              • Ensure infrastructure and application environments comply with security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and applicable data protection regulations across operating geographies.
