So, what’s the role all about?

The Director of Engineering – Performance Management at NiCE is responsible for leading and
managing the engineering teams that design, build, and maintain the company’s PM product. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solution
that support NICE’s customers

How will you make an impact?  

  • Lead the PM engineering organization, ensuring alignment with company
    goals
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of PM
    micro services
  • Manage resource planning, delivery milestones, and overall product quality
  • Ensure system capacity planning and operational support for the PM
  • Establish and enforce development standards, tools, and methodologies
  • Integrate customer and business requirements into engineering efforts
  • Stay current with AI and Agentic technologies such as reasoning models, LLM, SLM, AI SDLC, Agentic coding and agents orchestration
  • Manage global distributed team across multiple sites
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent

Have you got what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on SaaS products, machine learning, deep learning and LLM
  • 6+ years of management experience in large-scale environments
  • Proven expertise in data technologies and large-scale distributed systems
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience with Agentic driven development methodologies

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Building horizontally scalable solutions using containers, microservices, and big
    data technologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and open-source data tools
  • Track record of delivering high-quality software products on time
