Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Upskill Gen AI/UX for AI/ML Capabilities:
- Develop and implement Gen AI/UX for AI/ML knowledge and capabilities across the HUE community.
- Promote system thinking and storytelling techniques among key designers to align product vision with user needs.
- Collaborate with all the Honeywell functions who interact with customers during their journey.
- Establish a framework for regular usability testing across all products, ensuring dedicated UX researchers and usability testing experts are embedded in each studio.
- Identify opportunities for improving UX designers in data visualization techniques to improve the interpretability of information through design.
- oversee co-creation workshops with end users (not paying customers) to inform the development of new products and services
- Promote an end-to-end user experience strategy that extends beyond core offerings, ensuring a holistic user experience across all product touchpoints.
MUST HAVE:
- 10-15 years of experience leading user research and/or experience design.
- Master’s or advanced degree in Behavioral Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience Design, or a related field.
NICE TO HAVE:
- 15+ years of experience leading user research and/or design for mobile, web, and Android ecosystems and products.
- Experience bringing an AI product to market from inception to launch.
- Demonstrated research skills across qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Expertise in interaction design in product and/or user experience.
- Ability to translate complex vision into an understandable concept and workable design story.
- Proficient in presenting concepts and designs to executive and above level business stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate with design, software, hardware, and development teams regarding the technical limitations of designs for mobile, web, and/or Android products.
