  • Act as a bridge between software, hardware, design, operations, and executive leadership to align strategies and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to provide visibility into program health, risks, and progress for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive strategic planning for new product launches across geographies and partner ecosystems, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks across the engineering portfolio to ensure projects meet both technical and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex engineering challenges, balancing the needs of technical rigor, schedule adherence, and product quality.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture within the engineering program management organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 15+ years of experience in engineering program management, with 10+ years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams and programs.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end product development in consumer electronics, software, and/or hardware organizations.
  • A deep understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to scale processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning hardware, software, and cloud services.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience shipping 0-to-1 products with cutting-edge technologies, particularly in the AI and consumer electronics space.
  • Strong knowledge of system connectivity (WiFi, BT, GPS, Cellular), hardware-software integration, and infrastructure services.
  • Familiarity with first-party device development, including OS development, hardware engineering, and user experience design.
  • Experience developing and deploying SDK programs
