Job Summary
The Director of the Ad Management System (AMS) and Xumo Identity Platform (XIP) will provide strategic direction, lead development, and ensure operational excellence of our AMS platform. This role involves managing a distributed team across the USA and offshore, driving innovation, and ensuring effective cloud system management to meet business and client needs.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Planning:
- Develop and execute the AMS and XIP strategic roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Define and prioritize AMS and XIP development initiatives, ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
AMS Platform Development and Operations:
- Oversee AMS and XIP development, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Directly manage cloud system operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Data and Analytics Management:
- Drive data-driven insights and reporting to optimize ad performance.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability, implementing data governance.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and budgets across multiple locations, including cultural differences.
- Lead and mentor a distributed team (USA & offshore), fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AMS matters, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with product managers, sales teams, and clients.
Position is office based in Irvine, CA- 4 days/week & 1 day/week remote.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $184,681.09 - $277,021.64
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
