This will include working with the Office of the Dean to implement the educational programs and develop required accreditation reports. Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to foster an innovative and supportive educational environment.Education & ExperienceEducation and Experience Required: Master's degree in a health, social-science or related field with six (6) years of related experience to include education accreditation processes.

Ability to successfully conceptualize, develop and execute the assessment, evaluation and reporting requirements related to an accreditation process. Results oriented, have analytical skills, be self-motivated and dependable and be able to assimilate new information. Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal and non-verbal communication. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Support admissions processing and orientation for all new students within the school; coordinate and track continuous quality improvement in programs (e.g., programmatic annual reports, internal/external program reviews) for all departments in the schools.
- Supervise the Instructional Designers to assure they develop and maintain comprehensive resource webpage where students and faculty can receive technical assistance, orientation to learning management tools, access to knowledge base archives, and other information as it relates to academic technology, and ensure the curriculum delivery methods are valid, effective, and successful.
- Support dean, associate deans, and assistant deans to meet the needs of faculty, staff, and students; support marketing and administration of traditional and online courses for all degree programs in the school.
- Manage new online course development process across the school.
- Collaborate with the Academic Dean to assure all degree programs are in compliance; collaborate with the Dean and the Academic Dean regarding SACCOS accreditation requirements and reports.
- Act as school liaison to statewide organizations focused on similar education; act as school liaison for collaborative partnerships to further educational initiatives.
- Monitor student external placement sites for all departmental programs that include an internship or field rotation.
- Attend and participate in conferences to stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of graduate instruction and curriculum development; maintain and modify online learning policies to comply with State and Federal guidelines and rules.
- Provide guidance to departments in strategic planning for educational initiatives and other mission areas; provide mentorship and guidance to administrative staff across departments in the school.
- Assist the Dean and department chairs in establishing and monitoring benchmarks for departmental educational initiatives; assist with development of job descriptions and evaluating applicants for staff positions; provide leadership in identifying and facilitating collaborative projects and programs within the school and across other schools in the medical center; implement creative solutions to operational barriers within the departments.
