Knix is a leader in the intimate apparel and wellness industry, known for designing innovative, high-performance products that prioritize comfort, inclusivity, and body positivity. As we continue to expand our portfolio of brands, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of E-Commerce, Emerging Brands to help drive the growth and success of two emerging brands: Knix Men (launching) and KT (scaling).


This is a high-impact, results-driven role that will oversee and accelerate the e-commerce performance of these two critical business segments. You will be responsible for shaping the digital experience, optimizing revenue growth, and developing cutting-edge e-commerce strategies to increase conversion rates and engagement across both brands. 


About You:

You are a results-driven e-commerce leader with a proven track record of driving growth, improving conversion rates, and managing high-impact digital strategies. With extensive experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, you are passionate about innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and you have a strong ability to lead teams and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing digital strategy and performance for emerging or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth, improving conversion rates, and managing high-impact digital strategies.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, digital merchandising, and e-commerce platform management (Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms).
  • Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to interpret analytics, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies to improve e-commerce performance.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and online sales funnels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a passion for developing and mentoring teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Passion for innovation, with a strong focus on testing, experimentation, and iterating to find the best solutions for growing emerging brands.
  • Experience working with product launches and scaling emerging or startup brands.
  • Familiarity with merchandising and product strategy in the intimate apparel, activewear, or wellness industry a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end e-commerce strategy for Knix Men (launching) and KT (scaling), ensuring alignment with brand vision, growth objectives, and customer needs.
  • Oversee the site build for the Knix Men website, working externally with agency partners and internally with in-house developers to deliver a site that is on-brand and clearly communicates the unique selling proposition of the products.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth, improve site performance, and optimize the customer experience across the two brands.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, average order value, traffic, and sales, to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Own and optimize the e-commerce customer journey from site entry to checkout for both Knix Men and KT, ensuring an intuitive and frictionless experience that maximizes conversion.
  • Drive the A/B testing roadmap, landing page testing, and other experimentation efforts to continually improve site performance and user engagement.
  • Oversee the digital merchandising of both brands, ensuring effective product placement, merchandising tactics, and visual storytelling on the site.
  • Lead the development and implementation of high-converting landing pages, product pages, and promotional banners that drive sales and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure digital merchandising strategies align with brand messaging, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between paid media, organic content, and e-commerce experience.
  • Partner with the product and tech teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of on-site optimizations, feature updates, and tech enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the customer service and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience, from browsing to post-purchase support.
  • Lead a small team focused on executing the e-commerce vision for Knix Men and KT.
  • Mentor and guide the team on best practices for site optimization, digital merchandising, and performance analysis.
  • Provide regular reports on key e-commerce metrics, insights, and action plans to senior leadership.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, Shopify, etc.) to monitor performance and implement data-driven decisions to continuously improve the user experience and conversion rates.
