About the role
As part of Believe Group’s Global Operations division, the Supply Chain & Content Operations team is responsible for the ingestion, validation, and delivery of audio content from artists and labels to leading streaming and download platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon, etc.). Our mission is to ensure that content provided by our artists and labels is available on release date, fully compliant with DSP standards and local regulations, and optimized to grow artists’ audiences worldwide.
The Supply Chain & Content Operations reports directly to the SVP Global Operation and oversees the entire content supply chain, from content ingestion to delivery across 100+ platforms for all Believe Group. This role is central to driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning our content operations with the Group’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership
Contribute to build the content strategy to align with Sales strategy and DSP guidelines compliance
Build, document and execute processes to ensure all releases meet SLAs, contractual obligations, DSP guidelines, and legal requirements.
Continuously evolve processes, tools, and organizational structures to adapt quickly to new business and operational challenges.
Ability to manage peak workloads and new customer demands (e.g., VIP clients) by deploying the right tools and processes to ensure scalability and agility.
Establish and monitor dashboards and KPIs (capacity planning, SLA adherence, budget management).
Identify the Product & Tech needs of the team and work closely with these functions to ensure tools are reliable and bug-free, while continuously enhancing them (automation, AI…).
Collaborate closely with Operations Directors for Rights Management and Finance, as well as Sales, Customer Care, and PMI teams.
2. Team Management
Lead and develop a multicultural team of 20 in France, plus a shared service center of 70+ in India and a satellite team in New York.
Structure the teams to optimize performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Mentor and upskill team members to ensure high engagement and quality of service.
Build a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous improvement.
3. Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders worldwide (Sales, Support, Retail, Business Units) from C-Level to operational teams.
Handle escalations and ensure proactive communication with business teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and align processes and rules across the Group.
Act as a business partner and expert with Product & Tech teams to influence tool and product developments.
Manages the relationship with key DSPs on supply chain related topics.
10 to 15+ years’ experience in operations or product leadership, ideally within digital content, media, or technology.
Proven track record in scaling, structuring, and transforming large operational teams.
Experience in consulting, supporting and driving operational and digital transformation.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to redesign processes and organizations quickly in response to evolving business needs.
Proven ability to work with Product & Tech teams, and ease in navigating a tech-oriented environment.
Experience managing offshore/remote teams.
Solid background in process design, optimization, and automation (AI-driven automation a plus).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive performance.
Experience with GAFA/BATX companies and/or consulting firms is a plus.
Fluency in French and English required.
