Director of Demand Generation

  • Compensation: Base Pay $160K Annual
  • Reports to: VP of Sales
  • Location: McKinney, TX

As the Director of Demand Generation, you will lead our demand generation team to ensure a steady and predictable growth strategy. This role will require hands-on management of demand generation tactics and strategic thinking, as well as experience in digital marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, and data analysis. You will need to show a proven track record of creating successful campaigns that have driven measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand-generation and account-based marketing strategies across multiple healthcare verticals.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and events that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools, like Hubspot and Instantly, to increase conversion rates and drive qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Lead the demand generation team by crafting and executing a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at building and nurturing a diverse, highly skilled in-house team.
  • Use data-driven insights to continually assess and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing; 2+ years in a marketing management position
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, bonus but not required
  • Background: B2B SAAS experience is preferred
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce, Hubspot
  • Expertise: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Retargeting, Leadpages, Conversion Optimization, Copywriting, A/B testing, Google Analytics, Direct Mail
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create and sell new ideas.
  • Key Traits: Problem solver, Innovative Thinker, Team Player
