As the Director of Data Program Management at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing the execution of data programs and initiatives across the organization. Your role will involve strategic planning, program management, and ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
You will report directly to our Senior Director of People Analytics & Data Management and work out of our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will serve as the strategic advisor to HR & COE Leaders by transforming workforce challenges into data driven solutions. Acting as the primary interface between HR and operational reporting & analytics, you will partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and partner with reporting & analytics to define what’s possible when. Through strong business acumen, storytelling and partnership, you will ensure solutions deliver value.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the organization's business strategy, workforce, operating model and talent priorities to provide relevant, forward-looking insights and recommendations.
- Proactively identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities across the employee experience and translate them into actionable insights that drive measure value.
- Move beyond reporting what happened by identifying drivers, patterns, implications and recommended actions.
- Partner across Finance, Reporting, Data Science, Data Management. Digital HR and HR IT to connect business needs with the right data, analytics and solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior HR leaders and operate as a consultative thought partner constructively challenging assumptions and using evidence to influence decisions.
- Research external best practices, emerging technologies and advanced analytics techniques to ensure the organization is focused on the right questions and the right solutions
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, workforce strategy, HR consulting, business analytics or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior HR or business leaders to translate complex business challenges into analytical questions, insights or actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and identify meaningful trends, drivers and business implications.
- Experience developing and presenting data-driven insights and recommendations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect workforce trends and talent decisions to broader business and financial outcomes.
- Technical skills including data modeling, data visualization, workflows/automation and statistical principals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
