Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to a team or functional area that provides strategic focus to the Customer Quality Org.
- Ensures that customer perspectives are understood and addressed by business leaders, resulting in improved delivery of products and services.
- Provide day-to-day management support to the development, evaluation, and implemention of strategies to respond to customer issues.
- Works with cross-functional teams to align customer resolutions with business objectives. Identifies opportunities to improve customer quality.
- Serves as the primary contact in the customer quality team in resolving issues.
- Interfaces with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and that products meet customer specifications. In case of customer inquires or issues, the Global Quality organization is responsible for providing customers with answers and driving each issue to resolution.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
