We’re a mission-driven, product-focused team with a deep appreciation for scientific innovation and the people behind it. Backed by strong organic revenue, top-tier investors and growing quickly, we’re looking for an exceptional operator to help scale the company.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Director of Corporate Operations to lead and evolve our internal operations as we scale. This is a cross-functional leadership role that blends people operations, business administration, and scaling strategy. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the organization to build operational systems from the ground up, launch new office locations in multiple cities, and shape a workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and has experience navigating the complexities of growth-stage (Series A–C) companies. You should be highly organized, operationally excellent, and excited to build durable infrastructure that supports a mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

People Operations

  • Own core people ops functions (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compensation planning, legal compliance, employee handbook, etc.)
  • Foster a strong, inclusive company culture that aligns with our mission and values, and drive engagement efforts (surveys, internal comms, all-hands, etc.)
  • Partner with leadership on hiring plans and recruiting operations
  • Manage internal HR tools and vendors, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and regulations that impact operations and HR

Corporate Operations

  • Lead all aspects of corporate operations, including facilities, vendor management, IT coordination, compliance, and policy development
  • Own internal company systems and tools (e.g., Notion, Google Workspace, calendar ops, file management)
  • Support legal and administrative workflows, including contracts and vendor management
  • Lead internal projects to streamline operations across teams
  • Partner with finance and business operations on cross-functional operational initiatives
  • Lead the planning, setup, and launch of new in-person and remote office locations in multiple cities/jurisdictions, including site selection, negotiations, and operational readiness, and ensure new personnel meet company standards for culture, efficiency, and compliance

Strategic Scaling Support

  • Help leadership operationalize company OKRs and team planning
  • Lead internal process audits to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiencies
  • Build repeatable systems that help the company scale across functions
  • Other duties as required

Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, people, or chief-of-staff-type roles, ideally at high growth startups (e.g. Series A–C)
  • Proven ability to scale internal systems, people operations, or administrative functions from the ground up
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Exceptionally strong project management, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution
  • High integrity with sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Strong written communicator and collaborator across teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support office launches, events, and team needs (approximately 10% travel)

Benefits

What We Offer:

  • Join a fast-growing company making a real impact in drug discovery
  • Work with a sharp, passionate, mission-driven team
  • Shape the operations foundation at a high-growth inflection point
  • Competitive salary and equity, healthcare, 401(k), flexible PTO, and remote-friendly culture
