PURPOSE: Directs a large and/or highly complex Content function, ensuring delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs) for Content service and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
– Oversees a large and/or highly complex Content function, including multiple teams in a global team environment
– Holds accountability to deliver service and quality to agreed targets for the function
– Ensures delivery to plan on major projects and technical transformations (e.g. content cleanses, builds and technical transformations)
– Improves productivity for the function by reducing waste and increasing automation
– Understands and manages function specific risks that could impact the customer, business and employees
– Manages senior customer interactions and builds relationships as a result of service escalations
– Provides performance management, coaching, training and development for the function
– Owns the collaboration with Product, Data Strategy, Technology and other related LSEG teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
– Owns and drives cross functional initiatives or horizontal initiatives.

- Financial Markets Knowledge: Understands financial markets, instruments and concepts and demonstrates hands-on knowledge of the organisation's industry and risks associated.
- Facilitation: Leads cross functional teams to consensus on complex issues.
