The Role

Kyo Autism Therapy LLC is a leading ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) healthcare company dedicated to providing effective therapy services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders. We are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their families by delivering personalized and evidence-based treatments. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Community Partnerships to join our team.

The Director of Community Partnerships at Kyo is a leadership position reporting to the Chief Growth Officer. The Director is responsible for enabling Kyo’s growth through developing relationships with diagnosticians and other referral sources for the purpose of generating client referrals and new clients. 

Salary Range: $120K-$160K DOE

Candidates must reside in one of the following states to be eligible: CA, WA, OR, UT, CO, AZ, TX, GA, FL, SC, TN, IN

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Kyo’s community outreach and partnerships strategy in alignment with client acquisition goals, including identifying CRM platforms
  • Define the process to cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources
  • Lead community outreach and partnerships in several regions, representing Kyo and ABA therapy to potential referral sources
  • Partner closely with operational leaders across all regions and provide training and consultation on community marketing and sales approaches
  • Lead Outreach Coordinator teams within the organization to support community outreach and referral funnel management
  • Promote the organization’s role as a trusted community partner and thought leader in ABA therapy
  • Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community outreach, and use data to evaluate opportunities to improve our community marketing and sales programs
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Chief Growth Officer

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business or related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare services field and specifically behavioral health
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with sales and project management
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to enable decision-making that improves program
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Eligible to work in the US

Basic and Physical Requirements:

  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time, remaining in a stationary position for up to 100% of an 8-hour workday. 
  • Reach with hands and arms; use hands to type with a keyboard and handle objects (e.g. computer mouse); speak and hear. 
  • Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
  • Must be able to read and interpret documents in the English language, such as employee handbooks, training materials and procedure manuals.
  • Must be able to receive and act on detailed information through oral communication, in the English language.
