Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Development Operations (e.g., CRA, Sr CRA, or leadership roles)

  • Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching

  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and monitoring activities

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
