Who We Are

Hi! We’re AntiSocial, a social-first digital marketing agency powered by people who love to create. Our work spans industries and disciplines, from conceptual campaigns and strategic media plans to creator partnerships, influencer strategies, and content production for leading brands around the world. As part of the Thinkingbox family, we bring creativity, collaboration, and innovation to everything we do. At AntiSocial, you’ll join a diverse and talented team that delivers bold campaigns and innovative solutions for some of the world’s top brands. Our culture is one of collaboration, creativity, and connection. Whether it’s brainstorming with colleagues, hanging out with our office dogs, or enjoying monthly events, we keep our work environment vibrant, inclusive, and fun.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Director, Client Services to join our Los Angeles team and play a key leadership role across our client portfolio.

This person will be a senior strategic partner to our clients, responsible for building trusted relationships, leading high-performing account teams, driving organic growth, and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional work.

You’ll sit at the intersection of client leadership, strategy, creative, production, and business growth. You’ll understand what our clients are trying to achieve, help translate those objectives into clear opportunities for our teams, and ensure the work we deliver is both creatively ambitious and commercially effective.

You’ll also help shape the future of our Client Services function in LA — developing talent, improving ways of working, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and contributing to the continued growth of AntiSocial and the broader Thinkingbox collective.

What You'll Be Doing

    Client Leadership & Partnership
  • Serve as a senior point of contact and trusted strategic partner for key client relationships.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their businesses, objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Lead complex client conversations with confidence, including strategic recommendations, creative presentations, scope discussions, challenges, and difficult conversations when required.
  • Ensure clients consistently feel supported, informed, and confident in the work and partnership.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively bring forward ideas, solutions, and opportunities.
  • Account Growth & Commercial Leadership
  • Own the health and growth of key accounts, identifying opportunities to expand relationships across social, creative, content, production, media, experiential, technology, and other capabilities across the Thinkingbox collective.
  • Partner with leadership to develop account growth plans and support broader new-business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and help convert those opportunities into meaningful revenue.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of account scopes, budgets, profitability, resourcing, and commercial performance.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Production, and agency leadership to ensure accounts are structured and managed sustainably.
  • Contribute to pitches, proposals, presentations, and new-business opportunities as needed.
  • Integrated Delivery
  • Lead integrated engagements from initial brief through strategy, creative development, production, execution, and reporting.
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Social, Production, Media, and other disciplines to deliver cohesive, high-quality work.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned on scope, timing, budget, quality, and client expectations.
  • Remove roadblocks, solve problems, and help teams navigate complex or fast-moving client environments.
  • Champion ambitious creative thinking while balancing client objectives and commercial realities.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop members of the Client Services team, creating clear expectations and opportunities for growth.
  • Build a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, curiosity, and excellent client service.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to help team members strengthen their strategic, commercial, and relationship-management skills.
  • Help structure account teams and resourcing to support both client needs and team sustainability.
  • Partner with senior leadership on hiring, performance management, career development, and succession planning within Client Services.
  • Agency Leadership
  • Act as a senior leader within AntiSocial's Los Angeles office and contribute to the overall direction and growth of the agency.
  • Help evolve Client Services processes, tools, standards, and ways of working as the business continues to grow.
  • Foster strong collaboration across AntiSocial, Thinkingbox, and The Heist.
  • Represent the agency confidently with clients, partners, prospects, and the broader industry.
  • Stay close to shifts in social, digital, culture, technology, creators, and consumer behaviour, bringing relevant insights back to clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience in client services, account management, business leadership, or a similar role within an agency environment.
  • Experience leading large, complex, and integrated client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of social marketing, with an understanding of how social connects with broader brand, creative, content, production, media, and experiential work.
  • A proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior and executive-level clients.
  • Experience growing existing accounts and identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing scopes, budgets, retainers, profitability, and resourcing.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing account or client-services teams.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • The ability to move comfortably between high-level strategic conversations and the details required to keep complex work moving.
  • A collaborative leadership style and the ability to bring together different disciplines around a shared goal.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
  • A genuine interest in culture, creativity, social media, emerging platforms, and how brands connect with audiences.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means building deep and trusted client relationships, growing key accounts, developing a strong Client Services team, and creating the conditions for our teams to produce their best work.

You’ll help ensure our clients see AntiSocial not simply as an agency executing briefs, but as a strategic partner that understands their business, proactively brings them opportunities, and can take ambitious ideas from brief to build.
