Important Details
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Full time, 40 hours per week.
- Remote position open to candidates across all U.S. time zones; primary territory within the Pacific Time Zone.
- 2 to 4 years experience in multifamily or industry marketing, sales, business development or recruiting experience.
- Vendor experience in advertising or marketing within the multifamily industry is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, recruiting, marketing, or business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and Asana.
- Able to travel up to 8 times a year for retreats, summits, and other industry events.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the full sales process – Manage the full sales process to close deals that result in new programs, where activity is documented and organizational growth objectives are supported.
- Build and maintain client relationships – Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Support pipeline and progress tracking – Monitor client engagement and sales progress, surfacing potential gaps or delays to keep deals on track.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with the VP, Growth/ Sr. Director, Client Relations and program management team to support execution, align on client engagement, and ensure sustainable program expansion.
- Drive client experience and outcomes – Maintain consistent, warm, and proactive communication with clients, responding within 1 business day, to ensure a positive experience and successful program outcomes.
