The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Own a Northern California region as a general manager, leading its financial results, people, operating execution, and provider relationships.
What you'll do
- Manage regional revenue, costs, growth, and operating quality.
- Lead and develop an operations team of more than ten people.
- Visit clinical sites to improve readiness and the provider experience.
- Build physician relationships and referral-driven growth.
- Work with product and engineering to automate operational workflows.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 7 to 12 years in business operations, strategy, or related operating roles.
- Direct ownership of a regional or business-unit profit and loss statement.
- At least 2 years managing employees or contractors.
- Experience moving from consulting into hands-on startup operations, or comparable marketplace operating experience.
- A degree and the ability to apply AI tools to operational improvements.
- Willingness to work hands-on, with an initial balance near 70% execution and 30% strategy.
Bonus points
- Healthcare or health technology experience.
- An MBA.

- Base salary: USD 180,000 to 250,000 per year.

Location and work model
- Hybrid with three days per week in San Francisco and weekly travel to physician practices and clinical sites across Northern California.
