Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners
- Create and optimize pricing strategies across different market segments
- Identify new market opportunities and potential product applications
- Work closely with the product team to ensure market needs are reflected in our roadmap
- Build and manage a scalable sales process
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of business development or sales experience in B2B SaaS or data analytics
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and contract negotiations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate technology or investment platforms
- Network within the real estate investment community
- Background in data analytics or technology sales
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
