Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners
  • Create and optimize pricing strategies across different market segments
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential product applications
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure market needs are reflected in our roadmap
  • Build and manage a scalable sales process
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business development or sales experience in B2B SaaS or data analytics
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and contract negotiations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate technology or investment platforms
  • Network within the real estate investment community
  • Background in data analytics or technology sales
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
