The Director of Plaza View Assisted Living and Virginia G. Piper Early Memory Support is responsible for the day-to-day inspiration and motivation to create an administrative oversight leading to superior levels of care and compassion that every one of our residents deserves. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall operation of the personal care and directed care programs in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Creates and implements approaches and service plans to maintain or enhance resident independence and resident satisfaction.
Ensures the quality of care and customer service delivered is of the highest level.
Develops and maintains an effective communication relationship with residents, families, and team members.
Develops, establishes, and maintains resident census at optimal levels and creates and adheres to program budget.
Leads, manages, and supervises team members, ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of service.

Education and Experience:
BA, BS, or equivalent preferred
5 years of assisted living and 2+ years of memory care experience preferred
Current Certification as Assisted Living Facility Manager in good standing in the state of Arizona

Skills Required
- Current Certification as Assisted Living Facility Manager in good standing in the state of Arizona
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of assisted living experience
- 2+ years of memory care experience
- Background checks, reference checks, TB testing, and drug and alcohol screenings

Beatitudes Campus is a not-for-profit Life Plan Community in north-central Phoenix, founded by the Church of the Beatitudes in 1965. It provides senior living across independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, with onsite healthcare, services, amenities and activities. Its mission-driven community combines retirement living with a continuum of care designed to support older adults as their needs change.
