About the Role:You will work on a broad range of cutting-edge deep learning and Gen AI problems across a variety of industries. You will be engaging with clients to understand their business context. , we would like to talk to you Role: Gen AI Assets Leader Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a repository of reusable artefacts by identifying projects with high potential for demo and prototype
- Work with delivery teams to extract and adapt reusable assets from past
- Build scalable, modular demo environments that can be customized for multiple
- Partner with marketing to package and present these demos for campaigns and
- Develop interactive, story-driven demo flows that clearly connect features to business value ex: day in the life simulations, addressing client KPIs etc
- Collaborate with AI CoE and data engineering teams to integrate realistic datasets (e.g., POS data, market research, supply chain feeds).
- Optimize demo performance to ensure smooth delivery in both online and in-person
- Work closely with pre-sales consultants to align demos with proposal
- Participate in joint client sessions to answer technical and functional questions during the
- Gather prospect feedback during and after demos to refine
- Document demo scripts, configurations, and user flows for easy
- Introduce new accelerator concepts based on client requests and market
- Experiment with new AI tools, prompts, and frameworks to enhance demo

- 12+ years of experience in Data Science, with proven pre-sales
- Strong technical expertise in ML, NLP, GenAI, and data
- Strong capability in data productization and solution
- Experience in creating accelerators, reusable IP, or industry
- Proven ability to collaborate across delivery, marketing, and sales teams
- Familiarity with multiple domains (e.g., CPG, pharma, BFSI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity working with international stakeholders in a consultative environment
