Your Role:
- Provide leadership and oversight for key administrative operations and support functions
- Partner with executive leadership, operations, and revenue cycle teams to improve operational performance
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Support initiatives focused on patient access, scheduling efficiency, reimbursement optimization, and administrative workflow enhancement
- Lead, mentor, and develop administrative team members while fostering accountability and engagement
- Assist with operational planning, staffing support, and organizational growth initiatives
- Collaborate on system implementations, onboarding efforts, and integration projects
- Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence throughout the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or administrative management
- Strong understanding of healthcare administrative workflows and operational processes
- Experience leading teams and driving process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to utilize operational data to support decision-making
