  • Champion automation and process improvements by bringing to bear ERP (MS Dynamics), GetPaid, ServiceNow, and other tools.

  • Own AR reporting and analytics, including aging reports, important metrics, and performance dashboards.

  • Lead the Q2C Steering Committee and working groups to promote coordination and refine procedures.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Commercial Finance, Sales, and the General Ledger team.

  • Coordinate team resource planning, budgeting, workload distribution, and change management initiatives.

  • Ensure robust internal controls, reconciliation processes, and month-end close activities.

  • Build strong customer and interested party relationships and encourage a culture dedicated to steady progress and high-quality service.

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable or related fields, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead global teams and manage cross-functional processes in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

  • Solid experience in credit risk oversight, billing, collections, and cash application.

  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to encourage, mentor, and grow high-performing teams.

  • Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with demonstrated negotiation skills and influencing positive outcomes.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management, and executives.

  • Expertise in ERP systems (D365 preferred), AR tools (e.g., GetPaid), and automation solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple priorities/projects, maintain schedules, facilitate change, and delegate responsibilities.

  • Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and operational governance.
