Inside the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be the driving force behind our financial reporting and accounting team. You will not only manage the monthly close and cash management processes but also serve as a crucial strategic partner, recommending advances in financial policy to support our ongoing growth and stability.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
What You Need to Suceed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting responsibility (experience in non-profit and/or healthcare accounting is highly preferred).
- Extensive knowledge of accounting practices, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Advanced computer skills, including experience with financial accounting software (MIP and Sage Intacct preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred, but candidates are highly encouraged to apply if they have a strong combination of these skills, a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a passion for our mission.
