Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.·       Extensive experience (10+ years) in brand marketing, omni-channel retail, and partner management.·       Deep understanding of sneaker culture, past and present.·       Proven leadership in team development, effective communication, and matrix management.·       Growth mindset and innovative storytelling capabilities.·       Ability to think strategically, drive results, and foster effective teamwork.·       Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing strategies.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON·       Lead the Account Marketing team to deliver industry-defining seasonal marketing plans leveraging the full marketing mix.·       Create holistic and integrated Nike x Account Marketing strategies across the Nike Sport Offense, including omni-channel retail, integrated media, sports marketing, and energy.·       Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, DSM, Retail Brand, Brand Management, and Sports Marketing to establish industry-leading account positioning and drive annual account marketing plans.·       Own and drive marketing plans and activations across Sport and Sport Culture.·       Develop deep relationships with partner marketing counterparts and buying teams to foster consumer understanding, business acumen, and new opportunities.·       Lead and develop a world-class team of marketers focused on supporting best-in-class talent and industry-leading marketing plans.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHIn this role, you will be part of the larger North America Marketing team and reporting into the NA Senior Director, Account Marketing JD / Finish Line.
