Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/weekWhat You Will Do:Responsible for the Direct Sales Business unit in 4 markets for GM (Brasil, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay), representing almost 50% of GM sales.Directly lead and develop a team of approximately 20 people within this region, including team members allocated in each sales region, government sales coordination, and rental deals in all 4 marketsMaintain a strong relationship with the Dealers Association and work closely with the Audit department to ensure process compliance.Accountable for consolidating and cascading the process to other countries in the Atlantic region, leveraging customer relationships and benchmark processes.Responsible for key projects within the company and for working cross-functionally to achieve enterprise-wide results, as well as understanding and managing requirements for all involved stakeholders, including other internal areas, our field team, and our dealers' shareholders.Reporting to the South America Envolve Director and indirectly reporting to GM headquarters Global Sales in Detroit, US regarding Direct Sales in Atlantic, and the South America Region representative.Location: São Caetano do Sul/ BR#LI-AS

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):Bachelor's Degree and post-graduation/MBA in business, economics, marketing, or other similar areas.Fluent in Portuguese language and Advanced English Level (Mandatory).Intermediate Spanish languageLarge experience working in Commercial teams and proven experience leading teams (mandatory)Previous experience in automotive business (mandatory)Leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, teach, and effectively influence without direct authority.Ability to build effective teams, lead people in different countries, and provide the team with inputs to successfully navigate an ambiguous environment.Availability to live and work in São Caetano do Sul/BR.#LI-AS
