What you’ll do:
As a Director of Relationship Management for RIAs and Networks, you will be responsible for business development for these client segments.
More specifically you will:
- Work both independently as well as collaboratively with other Growth team members to cultivate strong client relationships and build trust with RIAs and Networks.
- Develop a strategic approach to winning new client business. Position Ethic in the market and communicate our technology and investment offering in the context of RIA and Network needs and pain points.
- Partner with our Marketing and Creative team to create and launch compelling campaigns that demonstrate the full breadth and depth of our offering.
- Continuously develop your in-depth understanding of Ethic’s technology, approach to sustainability, and portfolio management process in order to better serve our clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the client experience.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- 8-10 years of experience in a client facing role at an asset management firm, RIA, Network, or wealth management platform.
- Have a strong understanding of the RIA and Network market landscape, including workflow and technology needs for investment teams and advisors.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent problem solving skills & curiosity
- Strong knowledge of asset management, portfolio management, financial planning and sustainable investing
- A demonstrated passion for sustainability
- A demonstrated ability to take ownership of your work while effectively collaborating

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits.
The base salary will range from $155,000-$175,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a competitive variable compensation package.
