We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digitalization Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Could it be you?
The ideal candidate will come from a CRA or Trial Manager background and have experience in managing the implementation of clinical systems and software solutions. As a Digitalization System Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful deployment of our innovative clinical software platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows. You will lead and coordinate digital and process changes within clinical to maximise operational excellence and business value, ensure organisational readiness and successful implementation of clinical digital solutions and process changes, facilitate relevant trainings and end-user support in coordination with CQTM and ensure accessibility to relevant and updated information related to digitalisation and process changes and improvement activities in CDC.
Other main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and coordinate existing and new clinical system solutions/features changes within clinical to maximize operational excellence and business value.
  • Representation in relevant local and global forums/networks across CDC to support successful implementation of clinical digital solutions and process change.
  • Collaborate with clinical management and OCM teams across CDC and Region to ensure organisational readiness.
  • Build and support business cases for new clinical digital solutions or process improvements which have a clear return on investment.
  • Ensure accessibility to relevant and updated information related to digitalisation and process changes and improvement activities in CDC
  • Developing new clinical processes associated with system implementation


We are seeking that:

  • You can develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • You conduct thorough assessments of current clinical processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization so previous experience in clinical trials is essential.
  • You have ability to communicate concisely and with impact, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.
  • You are flexible, resilient, and adaptable to a changing work environment.
  • You are digitally literate with proficiency in Microsoft 365 including One Note, SharePoint and CoPilot & applicable clinical trial systems such as Veeva Vault.
  • IT proficiency: MS Office, clinical trials systems (e.g., IWRS, ePRO, NovoTime, CONNECT, HOT, Veeva)


Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Life/Natural Science or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operational aspects of conducting clinical trials (CRA, TM or other relevant position).
  • Previous experience in change management will be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluent in English spoken and written.
  • Excellent project management skills to plan and execute improvement projects.
  • Strategic mindset: anticipates future trends and prepares for alternative scenarios.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity; acting without having the full picture.
  • Ability to curate information that suggests new possibilities and actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage complexity, remaining calm and productive when solving problems that do not have a clear solution.
  • Proactive and collaborative, ideally with experience in multinational environments, and ability to influence and impact others to achieve shared goals.
  • Be curious and open-minded, having innovative mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows, processes, and best practices, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Act as an ambassador for NN values.
  • Valid driving license B.
