We are seeking a Marketing Program Lead to contribute to next level of growth and expansion.
- Location: Remote; CST or EST hours
- Duration: 12 - month consulting project

- Lead Marketing Strategy based on insights and business direction
- Pull together top level marketing metrics to inform ongoing marketing
- Create presentations articulating strategy, wins, metrics and future state
- POC with the Business, Legal, Control, MTD, Internal Creative Agency to drive Marketing efforts forward
- Manage budget and execution capacity
- Management of 2 contractors; Direct report to Director in Marketing
- Prior experience in leading Marketing programs
- Strong communication skills; Strong presence and ability to influence and support key stakeholders
- Analytical mindset, big-picture thinking
- Strong presentation skills
- Skilled at Powerpoint presentations and story-telling; Proficiency with Excel
- Financial Services Experience
- Bachelor Degree

Pay range for this position is $60-$70 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
