Responsibilities / Tasks
As our new Digital Transformation Specialist, you will work at the intersection of digital innovation and service operations. You play a central part in shaping how digital tools, automation, and data can improve service delivery – from quotation processes to smart decision-making.
From our office in Søborg, you will work closely with colleagues across engineering, IT and operations to create solutions that not only work in theory but make a real difference in daily business. With a focus on the First Service Offering for production plants in the FMCG-industry, you help drive forward a smarter and more efficient way of working.
You get a broad range of responsibilities when you:
- Develop and implement digital workflows that enhance service efficiency and consistency across plants and teams
- Identify opportunities for automation and embed AI tools to support faster and more accurate spare parts quotations
- Drive improvements in lead time by analysing and optimising the full quotation process
- Use digital tools to automate criticality assessments and support smarter prioritisation of spare parts
- Support and train teams in adopting new tools and ways of working, helping to embed a truly digital mindset
Your Profile / Qualifications
With your ability to work cross-functionally combined with your strong stakeholder management skills, you are able to drive change in various environments. Also, you have great presentation and communication skills, so that you can engage different audiences, explain complex solutions clearly, and ensure buy-in across technical and non-technical teams.
Furthermore, we imagine that you bring:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, IT, data science or a related field
- Experience in digital transformation, process automation, or smart manufacturing
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0, IoT, AI-driven automation, and data analytics
- Knowledge of ERP, MES, or similar digital systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
