Digital Transformation Intern - Accounts Payable

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Intern to join our Accounts Payable team and support initiatives that improve, simplify, and automate finance processes.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable operations and digital transformation, working with the team to identify process improvements, support automation initiatives, and help ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student or fresh graduate who is interested in Finance, Accounting, Data, Automation, and Technology.

• Support day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, validation, and documentation.

• Assist in reviewing and organizing financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Help identify repetitive or manual processes that can be improved or automated.

• Support the implementation and testing of digital tools, automation solutions, and process improvements.

• Assist in preparing reports, trackers, dashboards, and other analyses related to Accounts Payable.

• Perform data gathering, cleansing, and reconciliation as needed.

• Document existing and improved processes through process maps, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

• Coordinate with Finance and other business teams to gather requirements and resolve process-related issues.

• Participate in testing new systems or automated workflows and document findings.

• Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Accounts Payable team.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong interest in digital transformation, process improvement, automation, and technology.

• Basic understanding of accounting or finance concepts is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with functions such as PivotTables, and basic data analysis is a plus.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or other automation/data tools is an advantage but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.

• Willing to work in San Juan City under a hybrid work setup.
