The Opportunity
As part of the Digital Marketing team, you will lead end-to-end website production delivery and alignment with established practices and standards. As a Senior Manager, you will drive operational excellence by managing and optimizing workflows across various teams, overseeing large-volume requests, and continuously improving processes for effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire website production process, maintaining adherence to established standards
- Manage and refine workflows across various teams to enhance operational productivity
- Coordinate dependencies between content, design, and development teams
- Prioritize and manage a large volume of requests while securing timely delivery
- Maintain quality assurance processes that are error-free and meet expectations
- Drive continuous improvements in team processes and performance
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Implement practices to enhance production delivery
What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- At least 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
