Unifin Inc is a BPO company with multiple operations in North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific Region. The company recently established its operations in the Philippines and we are looking for an extraordinary talent who will be part of our diverse team. 

We are also a digital-first collections and customer engagement company seeking a highly skilled Manager for Digital Strategy & Automation to drive our email and SMS engagement strategy, deliverability, and performance optimization. If you have deep expertise in email marketing, SMS automation, customer segmentation, A/B testing, and compliance, we want you to own and optimize our digital outreach channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Manager of Digital Strategy & Automation, you will:

  • Lead and manage our digital outreach strategy (email and SMS) to optimize engagement and collections performance.
  • Improve deliverability rates by implementing email/SMS best practices, monitoring blacklists, and resolving spam filter issues.
  • Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows within MailWiz, SendGrid, and Twilio for seamless digital communications.
  • Own content strategy develop high-converting email subject lines, SMS copy, and personalized messaging.
  • Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and continuously A/B test for improvement.
  • Manage compliance and regulatory adherence (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to ensure best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate new tools and optimize campaign automation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in digital engagement, email/SMS marketing, or digital collections.
  • Hands-on experience with email and SMS automation platforms (MailWiz, SendGrid, Twilio, Mobiz, or similar).
  • Expertise in deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warm-up, list hygiene).
  • Strong content and copywriting skills (writing high-converting subject lines and SMS messages).
  • Data-driven mindset—ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Experience using Twig functions for dynamic email templates (a plus).
  • SQL and analytics knowledge (a plus for segmentation and performance tracking).
