We are also a digital-first collections and customer engagement company seeking a highly skilled Manager for Digital Strategy & Automation to drive our email and SMS engagement strategy, deliverability, and performance optimization. If you have deep expertise in email marketing, SMS automation, customer segmentation, A/B testing, and compliance, we want you to own and optimize our digital outreach channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Manager of Digital Strategy & Automation, you will:
- Lead and manage our digital outreach strategy (email and SMS) to optimize engagement and collections performance.
- Improve deliverability rates by implementing email/SMS best practices, monitoring blacklists, and resolving spam filter issues.
- Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows within MailWiz, SendGrid, and Twilio for seamless digital communications.
- Own content strategy develop high-converting email subject lines, SMS copy, and personalized messaging.
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and continuously A/B test for improvement.
- Manage compliance and regulatory adherence (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate new tools and optimize campaign automation.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital engagement, email/SMS marketing, or digital collections.
- Hands-on experience with email and SMS automation platforms (MailWiz, SendGrid, Twilio, Mobiz, or similar).
- Expertise in deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP warm-up, list hygiene).
- Strong content and copywriting skills (writing high-converting subject lines and SMS messages).
- Data-driven mindset—ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Experience using Twig functions for dynamic email templates (a plus).
- SQL and analytics knowledge (a plus for segmentation and performance tracking).
