What you'll do
  • Lead workshops to ideate & co-create on strategies and concepts with both internal as external stakeholders

  • Perform research to understand the external context of the organization and the internal processes

  • Reduce all gathered information to the essence and visualize it to bring clarity to your stakeholders

  • Define a value proposition of a product or service, based on the needs, fears and wants of the customer

  • Translate the value proposition into tangible concepts & high-level wireframes

  • Validate the financial feasibility of the concept by creating the business case

  • Define an actionable roadmap to deploy the different phases of the concept & its features

  • Present and defend your strategies and concepts to all levels of the organization

  • Collaborate with the other team members to refine the solution during the full lifecycle of the project

  • Lead workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders
  • Conduct research on external context and internal processes

  • Define value propositions based on customer needs and insights
  • Translate value propositions into tangible concepts and high-level wireframes
  • Create and validate business cases to assess financial feasibility
  • Define actionable roadmaps for phased concept deployment
  • Present and defend strategies and concepts to all organizational levels, including C-level
  • Collaborate with team members to refine solutions through the project lifecycle
  • Comfortable organizing workshops, brainstorms, and ideation sessions
  • Analytical mindset capable of deep dives to identify patterns
  • Ability to abstract and reduce large amounts of information to essentials
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to unite differing needs
  • Ability to inspire others with creative ideas and maintain attention of senior leaders
