Your Adventure Ahead
- Design, implement, and maintain process automation solutions across multiple platforms (e.g., Slack, Salesforce, Zapier, DocuSign, Zendesk, etc.).
- Develop AI, OCR, RPA technologies, and digital contracting integrations to optimize operational workflows.
- Continuously explore, research, and evaluate new technologies and tools for potential integration into existing systems to drive process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their challenges and deliver tailored, high-impact digital solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for process changes, newly implemented tools, and training materials for end users.
- Ensure thorough testing, smooth deployment, and ongoing support for all developed solutions.
Essentials to Succeed
- Passion for exploring and mastering emerging technologies, particularly in the automation and AI space.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced (VUCA) environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in process automation, system integration, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Familiarity with integrating AI and machine learning technologies into operational workflows and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including successful delivery of impactful projects on time, within scope, and meeting objectives.
- Big plus: Experience in engineering projects or initiatives on Zendesk and/or Salesforce platforms.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) as the primary language for internal communication and documentation.
