Job Description

We’re looking for problem solvers to join a team that is building the mar-tech solutions to help solve the most pressing problems that our clients are facing today: “How to use data effectively to increase revenue and add value to the customer experience.” We leverage the power of the Publicis Groupe and specialist talent from Sapient,
Digitas and Prodigious to develop solutions tailored to our client’s needs. Identify client needs and create compelling business cases for Publicis solutions to those needs. Serves Clients in a trusted advisor role by always keeping their best interests at the forefront.

Responsibilities:
Daily operations for consumer experience
• Manage overall schedule across promotions and other business project requirements
• Communicate with multiple client POC, identify problems, and suggest solutions
• Manage promotional and business-related contents (banner, copy, and other web content and activations) along the project and promotion schedule
• Verify and document requirements for web and app experience and content, accurately direct CMS operators and developers, and assist in testing as needed
• Understand client’s digital ecosystem to improve user experience overall and efficiency in the operation flow


Data analytics and implementations
• Coordinate with data anayltics team to identify what needs to be tracked and assist in implementing event tags
• Support in creating and validating data dashboards to meet client's data needs
• Lead or coordinate with client's third-party vendors for creating and validating test cases


CX/UX strategy
• Have POV on ideal consumer experience and engage in discussions to identify opportunities
• Involve multiple resources across Groupe to propose solutions, not only limited to devising test plan, consumer journey, design development, and execution


General
• Leading content planning – Develop and deliver a comprehensive user experience to address customer's
priorities and hurdles while understanding content delivery and campaign priorities
• Demonstrating proficiency – Be proficient with a working knowledge and understanding across products
and solutions being implemented (e.g. CMS, app development, Google analytics, Test & Learn protocol,
etc.)
• Be main point of contact for digital-environment driven projects
• Client management and communications
• Identify growth opportunities as a team and nurture junior members
• Create estimates and follow invoice procedures



Qualifications

Requirements:
• Project management skill in web/app development: identifying and documenting technical requirements.
• Good understanding in data framework and tools (Google Analytics)
• Good understanding in user/consumer experience and UI, and marketing in general
• Bilingual in Japanese/English (preferably business-level English, if not, conversational is okay)
• Be able to navigate through unclear circumstances
• Attitude: curious and hands-on to solve problems.
