Our new Project Manager will play a role in leading multiple workstreams and managing resources to fulfill deliverables for a wide range of projects. We’re seeking an agile problem solver who can quickly adapt to project needs and create solutions for our internal teams and our clients. 

Would you like to... 

  • Manage a portfolio of projects from concept through to implementation 
  • Build, maintain, communicate and effectively manage against detailed project schedules 
  • Manage client communications throughout project lifecycle, providing status updates, securing feedback, and facilitating team collaboration 
  • Schedule and lead internal project kick-offs, briefing team on scope, schedule, and process 
  • Forecast and maintain project resource requirements and work with team leads and resourcing manager for all team member assignments 
  • Facilitate/Lead scoping and estimation sessions with leads from across multiple disciplines
  • Coordinate the development of new business proposals (RFP responses) with a pitch team and develop solution estimates
  • Set up and manage project plans across business application systems (time tracking, resourcing, etc.)
  • Lead standups with internal team, outline RACI and mitigate any risk or potential blockers to project delivery  
  • Schedule, prepare agendas, author and distribute meeting notes for project meetings
  • Identify scope variances, assess and communicate the impact (for schedule and budget) to client services for change order decisions
  • Collaborate with Client Partners and team leads on strategy, new business opportunities and outlining project roadmaps & deliverables
  • Use and analyze project data to stay informed of and report on project budget, burn & forecast  

We would like you to have... 

  • 3+ years of proven project management experience, preferably at a creative agency or large corporate enterprise with knowledge of digital project management (web design and builds, paid media campaign development, branding, content development, organic and paid social media, video, etc.) 
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role 
  • Successful track record of managing multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment 
  • High level of follow-up and follow through, excellent communication skills 
  • Capability to decisively prioritize, triage, and make real-time decisions with little direct-supervision 
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability to anticipate changes that could affect projects 
  • Must be proficient in Excel and project management applications 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations or related field

 Compensation Range: 80,000 - $90,000

 This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
