We are looking for a Website Project Manager to work in Madrid!

Sector Alarm is a fast-growing international company and one of Europe’s leading safety providers, with more than 4,200 employees and 850,000 customers across 8 European markets. To support our continuous growth and digital expansion, we are strengthening our team with a Website Project Manager.

You will be the single point of coordination for every website request: new features, enhancements, bugs, maintenance and launches. You will gather needs from each country, turn them into clear priorities, and own the website roadmap. You will also lead the monthly prioritization of initiatives and communication to stakeholders.

You will work side by side with the Tech team and a Tech Product Owner, who defines the technical solution for each requirement. Your job is to make sure every requirement is well defined, properly prioritized and delivered in coordination with the right teams.

This position is based in Madrid and reports to the Brand and Website Director. It is a fixed-term maternity cover, so we're looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed, work independently, and take ownership from day one. The role follows a hybrid working model.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the pipeline of website development requests across 8 markets.
  • Full ownership of large cross functional website projects
  • Collect and coordinate requirements from Website Managers, Marketing Directors, the CRO Manager, UX/UI designers and other stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear briefs, requirements, and priorities for the Tech team.
  • Coordinate development work, bug fixes, improvements, releases and website maintenance.
  • Own and maintain the website roadmap.
  • Lead the monthly prioritization of website initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Tech Product Owner so that each requirement has a viable, well-defined technical solution.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, blockers, scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Track progress, report status and escalate issues when needed.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager, Web Project Manager, Delivery Manager or similar.
  • Hands-on experience managing website development projects, including enhancements, bugs, CMS-related work, releases or maintenance.
  • A track record of working with technical teams, Product Owners, UX/UI designers and commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong roadmap, backlog and prioritization skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, ideally across several markets or countries.
  • English and Spanish fluency.
  • Valid work permit within the EU.

Additionally, it will give you an advantage if you have:

  • International or multi-market website experience.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of CRO, UX, SEO or web performance.

We will recruit on a rolling basis, so please apply if you think this is the position in the next chapter of your career!
